Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at KersaLuxuy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or defective items, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
